Our processing plant, located in Rojas (BA), has a storage capacity of 21,000 tons and a processing capacity of more than 40,000 tons. Its high-tech grain drying and storage systems and 30 bins allow lots identification by quality of origin. In this way, customers can be assured of always getting shipments consistent with quality requirements.
Pop Argentina also has the most advanced equipment for grain processing, including destoners, metal detectors, color sorters, etc, thus ensuring a high quality final product.
Pop Argentina´s Quality Handbook establishes frequent quality controls from downloading grain at the plant to final shipment. These controls check expansion, explosion, mechanical damage, size, moisture, mycotoxins, etc.
Pop Argentina has a Traceability and Identity Preservation (IP) system in place, open to customers' inspection, that records all controls in (shipment) documents.
